HeartCode BLS is the AHA’s blended learning delivery method for the BLS Course. HeartCode blended learning delivers quality resuscitation education to providers and allows more flexibility to complete the course at their own pace. Access to the BLS Provider Manual eBook is included with HeartCode BLS. You will be able to access the Provider Manual from within the course. Providers first complete the online portion of HeartCode BLS and then complete this hands-on skills session with an AHA BLS Instructor. This course satisfies both Initial and Renewal BLS requirements and has been updated with new science from the 2025 Guidelines for CPR and ECC.
